I recently started a new job as a software engineer working on software for Windows. For the first time in over a decade, I found myself daily driving Windows—which, I must admit, has changed a lot since the days of Windows 7.
For Christmas, I treated myself to a new Mac Mini. I've always been fascinated by its tiny, portable design, and it felt like the perfect (and most affordable) way to explore macOS. While I’ve dabbled with Apple’s operating system before, I’ve always wanted to dive deeper and truly learn its ins and outs.
Having spent more than ten years exclusively using Linux-based operating systems, transitioning to both Windows and macOS has been quite a shock—both challenging and eye-opening.
